Help with a grade 11 physics question?

The question is based on this picture:
http://stpatsscience.ca/SPH3U/Motion/text/1.1.pdf (its on pg.9 of the document, its the one of the guy swinging the golf club)

Describe how you could estimate the average speed of the tip of the golf club.

I have read all of the text up until these questions over and over but I still can’t seem to figure out how to go about answering this question? Help would be really appreciated! :)

Draw a velocity-time graph and draw a line of best fit?
Or, if it’s based on the picture completely, find out how often the camera took an image so you can work out the interval between the different images of the golf club. Then, measure the average distance of the tip of the golf club in each interval. Put the results in a table just to make them easier to interpret.
Then, find the speed =(distance)/(time)
From the speed measurements, find a mean average (add all the values together and divide by the amount of them there are)

I hope this helps in some way…
